How Far I've Come So Far
So, when i first started this whole "weight loss" thing, i did not take any 'before' pictures, because i was disgusted with myself, my health, the way i looked. I took the time yesterday to make a 'timeline' so i could see the results, to see how far I've come for myself, motivation for me to KEEP GOING. I still have 40lbs to lose to be at a healthy weight.
By far i couldn't ask for more or be happier, compliments I've been getting from random people make me feel so good. I went shopping for the first time ever and surprised myself as too what size i wear now. It's amazing how losing weight all together has changed my lifestyle and the way i perceive life (that will be another post). I guess I will start out with my stats..
My Stats as of April 13, 2012
Start Weight: 4/13/12 = 257lbs
*Shirt Size: 2x-3x
*Pant Size: 22-24
4/26/12 -13lbs = 244lbs
5/24/12 -13lbs = 231lbs
6/27/12 -14lbs = 217lbs
7/25/12 -14lbs = 203lbs
8/22/12 -8lbs = 195lbs *Finally out of the 200 Range :)*
9/19/12 -6lbs = 189lbs
